Day Trips and Activities

  • Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled trip or activity are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the trip or activity will not be eligible for a refund.

Multi-Day Trips

  • Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the trip will not be eligible for a refund.

Bad Weather Policy

  • Partial Refund: If the trip or activity is impacted by bad weather, a 50% refund will be provided.

  • Date Changes: Customers may opt to reschedule their trip or activity to a later date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

General Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
